Our Modular buildings will be covered by our unique warranty.

This is structured as follows:

A comprehensive warranty on all parts of the building structure, including the roof, supplied and installed by GML Construction, is provided for a period of 2 years following the date of practical completion. 

As an alternative, or in addition to the above warranties, we can also make arrangements for you to purchase a long-term roof guarantee up to a maximum period of twenty years. This is by arrangement with a separate company. If you take up this option, they will apply a specialist treatment to the roof shortly after the building has been erected and will then supply a warranty directly to you, which is Insurance backed for additional reassurance.
