GML Construction is able to offer most of their modular buildings on a hire basis with costs tailored to suit individual budgets over a period of 1 – 5 years
Hire (9 months to 5 yrs)
Installation costs vary from 20-40% of outright purchase price depending on the site and specification. Coupled with a monthly hire cost to cover the residual sales value of the building (less any residual value at the end of the hire) plus finance costs.
Contract purchase (Up to 5 yrs)
Similar to hire options but at the end of the agreed period the client owns the building.
Both of these options are dependant on the financial status of the hirer. |
