GML Construction is able to offer all of their modular buildings on a hire basis with costs tailored to suit individual budgets over a period of one to five years.

The installation cost is 25% of outright purchase price.

The longer you commit to hire the building for, the cheaper the monthly rent!  Over five years, the rent on a building that would cost £100,000 to purchase outright would be just £2,160 per month.
